Designated populations of cells were prepared by FACS sorting from day 14 fetal thymocytes of BDF1 mice and cultured with IL-7, IL-15, and SF in methylcellulose. Colonies were counted on day 14 of culture. Data represent mean ± SD of quadruplicate cultures.
