Activation Induces IL-2 Secretion in Different EBV-Transformed T-Cell Lines

Cells were cultivated at 1 × 106 cells/mL with medium alone or with plastic bound CD3 MoAb (1 μg/mL) plus TPA (1 ng/mL) or with plastic bound CD3 and CD28 MoAb (1 μg/mL). Supernatants were collected after 24 hours and the presence of IL-2 was quantified by immunoenzymetric assay. Results represent the mean of 3 different analysis performed in triplicates and are expressed in μg/mL.
