The final model is shown. The initial model included the covariates of alemtuzumab level, HLA match, patient age at the time of HCT, GVHD prophylaxis, and underlying diagnosis. Diagnosis was analyzed with several diagnostic categories and also with 2 groupings: marrow failure vs non–marrow failure, which is shown.
