B6SJLF1/J mice were treated with 300 µCi 90Y-DOTA-30F11 on day −4, CY (200 mg/kg per day on days −2 and +2), and transplanted with 1.5 × 107 haploidentical BM cells on day 0. Peripheral blood from transplanted mice was assayed for CD8+ chimerism by MFC analysis on days shown.
