This has to be interpreted in the context of interactions; e.g., for RFS, the estimated HR of allogeneic HSCT compared with no allogeneic HSCT in first CR is 0.86 for low mutant/WT ratios and results in 0.86 × 0.46 = 0.39 for high mutant/WT ratios.
