Spleen and liver of animals of the indicated genotypes were weighed at autopsy. Each cohort contained a minimum of 5 animals; significant differences between the indicated groups were calculated using the Student t test. Mx:F/+ and Mx:F/SA animals were analyzed at 250 days post poly(I:C) injection; Mx:K-RasF/+ mice were analyzed at 70 to 100 days; Mx:K-Ras:F/SA at 100 to 150 days.
