PRS of each sample is calculated according to followed equation: PRS = (−0.67) × lactate + (−0.51) × 2-oxoglutarate + (−0.48) × pyruvate + (−0.11) × 2-HG + (−0.07) × glycerol-3-phosphate + 0.21 × citrate.
