Expression of GPs on the platelet surface was determined by flow cytometry. Diluted whole blood from the indicated mice was incubated with fluorescein isothiocyanate–labeled antibodies at saturating concentrations for 15 minutes at room temperature and platelets were analyzed directly using a FACSCalibur. Results are expressed as mean fluorescence intensity ± SD for 4 mice per group.
