The B-CLL IGHV and IGKV/IGLV sequences were obtained from PBMCs as described previously.30 The IGHV and IGKV/IGLV sequences were obtained from RNA extracted from 6 cultured B-CLL hetero-hybridoma cell lines. The IGHV and IGKV/IGLV mutations (%) were compared with germline according to IMGT.27
