Splenic B-cell subsets were gated as described in Figure 1. Cell numbers (in millions) are presented as mean values of 4 to 5 mice per group ± SD. Cell numbers in each subset were compared with those of nontreated young mice. The Student t test was used for analysis.
ABC indicates age-associated B cell; FO, follicular; and MZ, marginal zone.
