The P value associated with a biological process or pathway annotation is a measure of its statistical significance with respect to the Functions/Pathways/Lists Eligible molecules for the dataset and a Reference Set of molecules (which define the molecules that could possibly have been Functions/Pathways/Lists/Eligible). The P values were calculated with the right-tailed Fisher exact test.
