REC-1 cells were treated for 24 hours with vehicle or 5μM MI-63. Total cellular RNA was then extracted from triplicate experiments, and gene expression changes were detected using the Affymetrix Human Genome U133 Plus 2.0 array. Fold changes in genes were determined with vehicle- versus MI-63–treated cells using Ingenuity Pathway Analysis software. Ten representative up-regulated and down-regulated genes are shown from the profile.
