Data are P values. Probe set groups correlating (P < .05) with the parameters of the upper row (cytokine concentrations in supernatants or surface marker MFI) were obtained through a rank profile distance search of expression levels for all probe sets. Overrepresentations of KEGG pathways were considered significant according to Bonferroni adjustment for multiple testing (n = 358 KEGG pathways) when P values were < 1.4 × 10−4. Only selected pathways of immunologic interest are shown.
