Indicated cell populations were sorted as single cells directly into X-vivo 15 medium containing 10% of FCS and cytokines: KL + granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor + granulocyte colony-stimulating factor + IL-3 + FL + thrombopoietin. The plates were scored at day 8 (not shown) and day 12 (data in table) of the culture, with similar results.
