Complete blood counts were measured from whole blood of, and iron and transferrin saturation were measured from serum of, 8-week-old female Tmprss6+/+ (n = 7), Tmprss6+/− (n = 8), and Tmprss6−/− (n = 8) mice. Data are presented as mean ± SEM.
