The binding of fluorescently labeled antibodies directed against the platelet glycoproteins was measured by flow cytometry. Data are expressed as the ratio of fluorescence bound to the surface of WASp KO or WIP KO versus WT platelets and represent mean ± SD (n = 13-15 for each independent group).
