Assessment of stem cell activity in the ATL-like lymphoma cell using limiting dilution assay of transplantation cells. One CSC was thought to exist in 104 SLCs. At long-term incubation, only CSC fractions can repopulate and regenerate original ATL-like lymphoma in the NOD/SCID mouse.
