Inhibition binding experiments were performed by competing the binding between plate-immobilized VWF fragments and ADAMTS13 using soluble VWF constructs. The IC50 values were calculated and given as mean values ± SEM (n = 3-4). When no significant inhibition occurred, values for IC50 could not be calculated.
