Binding of full-length ADAMTS13 and truncated constructs MDTCS and del(TSP5-CUB) to different VWF fragments was determined by plate binding assay in which the VWF fragments were directly immobilized on a microtiter plate. KD(app) values were calculated and reported in nM. Mean values ± SEM are based on 3 to 13 independent experiments. In the case of low-affinity binding, the KD(app) values could not be calculated precisely (> 500). In the case of no binding, the KD(app) values are not applicable
