CD138⁺ purified myeloma cells were treated with various doses of ABT-737 during a 24-hour period. Cell viability was assessed, and the LD₅₀ value was determined for each patient. In parallel, for each patient, we indicated the percentage of cell death upon ABT-737 treatment (100nM; 24 hours).
