Total RNA was isolated from HUVECs after infection with HLX-encoding (Ad.HLX) and control adenoviruses (Ad.con) for 4, 8, 16, and 32 hours. RNA was subjected to microarray analysis using the Affymetrix Human Genome U133 Plus 2.0 Array. Changes in gene expression induced in Ad.HLX relative to Ad.con-infected cultures are displayed as fold-induction at the given time points.
