α2-M: P01023: Pooled fractions 15 through 17 (see Figure 3A lane 3) were cut from the gel, rehydrated, digested with trypsin, and subjected to MS analysis. The unknown protein was identified by LC-MS/MS analysis as α2-M. The results are typical from 3 experiments.
