mRNA was isolated from thymocytes of lck-ERT2-SCL (1.6 weeks TAM of feed, n = 3; 8 weeks of TAM feed, n = 3) and littermate wild-type control mice (1.6 weeks of TAM feed, n = 4; 8 weeks of TAM feed, n = 4) and used for real-time RT-PCR analysis. Fold change data represent fold increase or decrease of gene expression (mean) imposed by the lck-ERT2-SCL transgene induction.
