Thirty SP- or MP-CD34-KSL cells were transplanted into 9 lethally irradiated mice each, together with 2 × 105 competitor cells. Peripheral blood cells of the recipient mice were analyzed 4 months after transplantation. The percent chimerism is shown as mean ± SD for total leukocytes, myeloid cells, B-lymphoid cells, and T-lymphoid cells
