C57BL/6 mice were lethally irradiated (1000 cGy) and reconstituted with a 1:1 mix of bone marrow cells from WT or pmel-1 mice and WT or CTLA4-/- mice. Two months later the development of vitiligo was blindly evaluated. No statistically significant differences were observed between each group.
