Rag-1-/- mice received WT or pmel-1 CD8+ T cells with CD4+ T cells from WT or CTLA-4 KO mice. A number of cells (106) were used for each cell component in adoptive transfer experiments. Two months later the development of vitiligo was blindly evaluated. No statistically significant differences were observed between each group.

RP indicates reference point for the other groups.
