Hematopoietic lineage distribution in Lyl-1 mutant mice was determined in PB, BM, and spleen with antibodies against 220 for B-cell lineage, CD3 for T-cell lineage, GR1/MAC1 for myeloid lineage, and TER119 for erythroid lineage. Numbers indicate the percentages of stained cells among total cells of each tissue (± SEM). Three independent experiments with 3 mice per genotype were performed.
