Shown are relative changes in mRNA levels for all of the proteins shown to be differentially expressed by iTRAQ labeling and for proteins shown to have no change between the 2 cell types where more than 3 peptides were identified and where the analysis software reported a hit against the Swiss-Prot, TrEMBL, or RefSeq databases. Seven protein changes and 6 unchanged proteins were scored “absent” on the microarray analysis. One protein change could not be matched to the array data.
