Expression of αMβ2 and uPAR on the surface of HEK293 cells was determined by FACS analysis using mAbs 3936 and 44a, IB4 to quantitate uPAR and αMβ2, respectively. The data are expressed as mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) and are representative of 3 independent analyses.
