5 × 104 LinCD34highcells were estimated to contain 40 to 50 SRCs. In contrast, 5 × 104 LinCD34 cells contained only 2 or 3 SRCs.

Human cell repopulation of BMs in primary recipients (PR) was serially analyzed 8 to 16 weeks after transplantation with LinCD34high cells and 12 to 16 weeks after transplantation with LinCD34 cells.

Human cell repopulation of BMs in secondary recipients (SR) was analyzed 12 weeks after secondary transplantation.
