To identify C/EBPα target genes responsible for the block in erythrocyte differentiation we analyzed the transcriptional profiles of erythrocyte progenitors (CD71bright cells) expressing C/EBPα. The criteria used for target gene analysis are as described in Table 1.
NC indicates > 1.5 fold change or P < .005.
