DCs were incubated with LPS in the absence or the presence of 10−6 M CHA (A1 receptor agonist), 10−6 M DPMA (A2 receptor agonist), and 10−6 M IB-MECA (A3 receptor agonist) for 48 hours. The release of IL-12, TNF-α, and IL-10 was quantified in the supernatant. Data are given as mean pg/mL/0.2 × 106 cells ± SEM (n = 3).
