Effect of AML1-ETO expression on colony growth of day 3 cultures

The data summarize the effect of AML1-ETO expression on erythroid (gly A+CD11b−) colony-forming efficiency. Colonies were analyzed 14 days after plating in liquid culture containing IL-3, IL-6, SCF, and EPO. Data indicate mean ± 1 SD (n=3). Significant difference of AML1-ETO–expressing cells from controls (GFP alone) was analyzed by Student t test.
