Purified rat natural killer cells were cultured for indicated times in the presence of immobilized anti-MCF7 antibody or bovine serum albumin (BSA). Culture supernatant was removed and assayed for C3. Data are from 2 separate experiments each with triplicate determinations (ng ± SD).
