Results from 6 different experiments are shown. Values show the proportion of human CD45+ and CD45+/GFP+ cells in the BM of 3 NOD/SCID mice, each inoculated with the indicated cell dose. Cells were prestimulated for 24 to 48 hours in the presence of FL, TPO, SCF, and IL6 and subsequently incubated for 12 hours in the presence of the lentiviral vector at the indicated concentration.
