Isotypes of chimeric F3.3 antibodies were confirmed by indirect immunofluorescence of HLA class II–transfected L66 cells using human IgA1-, IgA2-, IgG1-, IgG2-, IgG3-, or IgG4-specific antibodies. FITC-labeled antimouse IgG antibody was used for staining. Data from 1 of 2 experiments are presented as RFIs, calculated as the ratio of mean linear fluorescence intensity of relevant to irrelevant, isotype-controlled antibodies.
