DC-associated clones identified by a series of microarray assays are listed together with their GenBank accession numbers. Redundancy represents the number of identical clones among the selected 374 cDNAs. Intensity of BMT and DC means the average signal intensity of each clone at the laser scan of the microarray after normalization and background subtraction. DC/BMT represents the ratio of fluorescence intensity as determined by forward- (DC-BMT) and backward- (BMT-DC) subtracted probes.
