Wv/Wv;Cdc25A128His/Cdc25A128His,Wv/Wv;Cdc25A128His/Cdc25A128Gln, andWv/Wv;Cdc25A128Gln/Cdc25A128Glnmice were generated as described. Hematocrit levels were measured at 3 weeks of age. The Cdc25A128Gln allele had no effect on the mild anemia of KitWvheterozygotes.
