In addition, peptides specific for the MLL fusion partners ELL (accession no. NP_006523), AF9 (accession no. NP_004520), and AF10 (accession no. NP_004632) were detected in single experiments. The given molecular weight corresponds to the theoretical calculated value of the prototypical protein as deposited in the database.
