Measured plasma free FXIII-A2 concentration was expressed as percentage of total FXIII-A2 concentration. The results represent the mean ± SD of values measured in 11 individual samples.
Because the distribution of FXIII subunit concentrations in CSF and tears were nonparametric, in these cases the median values reported in previous publications25,26 were used for the calculations.
