Bone marrow aspirates from TPO-treated mice were treated with lotrafiban or anti-αIIb antibody and plated on 13-mm coverslips coated with fibrinogen and allowed to adhere for 3 to 4 hours. The total number of megakaryocytes and megakaryocytes bearing proplatelets were counted for the entire coverslip, and converted to a percentage of cells compared with control treated cells and are displayed ± SEM; n = 3
