Platelets were incubated with LPS 1 μg/mL (diluted in donor plasma), washed, and incubated with the respective antibody. Percentage binding to the population is shown as median and range values from 5 different experiments. Washed thrombin-stimulated platelets were used as positive control for PAC-1 and α-CD40L binding.

P values were evaluated by comparison of resting platelets incubated with or without LPS.
