Normal blood with added IgG isolated from normal plasma or the plasma of a patient with neutralizing antibodies against ADAMTS13 was perfused over immobilized VWF at varying shear rates. The values represent the average area of the single smallest and largest aggregate and the average length of the single shortest and longest aggregate detected in a field of view of the surface at different times of perfusion, as indicated.
