Baseline demographic and clinical features of adult patients with ITP who underwent splenectomy between 2011 and 2024 (N = 88), stratified by use of TPO-RAs after splenectomy. Values are presented as percentages or medians with IQR. TPO-RA use before splenectomy and the median platelet counts at baseline were the only features that significantly differed between groups.
