Serum IgG laboratory test result closest to the index date was used. If multiple tests were taken on the same day, then the average test result was calculated.

Serum IgG laboratory test results were summarized based on average level. Tests taken on the date of IgRT initiation (ie, index date) were not included.

P < .05 were considered to be significant. P values were calculated by McNemar test comparing proportion of patients with hypogammaglobulinemia, and by Wilcoxon signed-rank test comparing IgG level after IgRT initiation vs before IgRT initiation.

Hypogammaglobulinemia was defined as serum IgG level of <500 mg/dL.
