A logistic regression analysis was performed to calculate ORs for oxygen gradient ektacytometry–derived parameters, blood viscosity, DRBCs, HbF, and hemocytometry parameters in relation to occurrence of cerebral infarction. aORs were corrected for age and hydroxyurea therapy.
