VWF-dependent cytokine secretion during rhFVIII restimulation

Splenocytes from sensitized F8−/− mice were restimulated with rhFVIII in the presence or absence of VWF. At day 6 of cell culture, cytokines were quantified in cell culture supernatant. Means ± standard deviation of 3 independent experiments, each done in triplicate measurements, are shown.
