Whole blood from WT and EXOC3 KO mice was analyzed on a Pentra ES 60 hematologic analyzer (Horiba), with cell counts corrected for citrate dilution. Washed platelets (2 × 107/mL) from WT and EXOC3 KO platelets were analyzed for surface expression of CD41 (GPIIb), CD42b (GPIbα), GPVI, and CD49b (GPIa) by using flow cytometry. Median fluorescent intensity (MFI) values are reported. Data are presented as the mean ± standard deviation (SD). n = 13. An unpaired, 2-tailed Student t test was used to determine P values, with statistically significant differences in bold.

MPV, mean platelet volume; PCT, plateletcrit; Plt, platelet; RBC, red blood cell; WBC, white blood cell.
